this is actually horrible, i had over $30 in my get card after it updated suddenly i have $0 in my acc. ok fine wtv, i try to text customer service after 24hrs no one came to my assistance. how do i get back my money. this is actually so disappointing when i wanted to use get more often.
Been using this app since 2022, At first it was normal then they started to charge $60 for using the app??? wtf? Recently they’ve been deducting my money and saying “We don’t get involved in charging your accounts randomly”. They are so freaking slow with replies it actually makes my blood boil. I’ve been waiting on 2 refunds since Sept/Oct? and guess what.. No replies on that and NO REFUND?? HELLO? do you think my money is yours?? I truly am starting to hate this app. Genuinely, just wait until you can get a dbs card. 🙄😡
Reason why i got this card was to ensure my kid has a card to be able to use when she is out. The card was used less than 5 times and the service was down for a couple of months. I tried to cancel they asked me to email. My emails back and forth with them giving no relevant information and no specific details on whether or not the card was cancelled. Finally the last email they said ok no issue. One year 2 months later today they CHARGED ME ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TRULY FEEL THIS IS A SCAM. Why is cancellation MADE SO DIFFICULT??
Im getting frustrated day by day, as im trying to get the bug fixed for my daughter to use her card for her daily expenses. Recently, the app wants me to top up $$ to “subscribe” to their annual membership fee of $60. Already done so and the bank even confirmed deducted the transaction from my bank account. But the app still shows the same thing over n over again asking for the damn $60 subscription!! Send my enquiry to their chatline still useless no one ever answers! The call button also need to book a blardy date!? Yall better wake up yr idea! its not like we parents climb the tree to pluck money!

Charge a subscription which the card cannot be used for my kids. Wanted to transfer the funds out i can only transfer to another get used. Parents please do not download this scam app
Got hacked
wanted to ask questions abt the card but the help page was left open and the admins wont even reply. ordered two other cards and made payment alr but still havent receive after months.
have requested for customer service TWICE and they never bothered to respond back! what kind of service is this! spent my money to purchase the card and to top up and now i can't even get access to the account! this is unbelievable! DO NOT RECOMMEND
