Blinkist much better
Get abstract has more titles … but in theory. They produce a review and not a summary and with this way they communicate that they have more titles. Also they have much less audio . UI is 10 years old with very bad UX.

Good way to digest books quickly
Generally liking. But frustrated by the fact that many of the books I want are still pending approval for summarising.
Great little app
Love this product. I get a summary of all industry leaders at my fingertips
Very curious but app does not seem to work properly on IOS
I have been wanting to try this app but whenever I open it on IOS 14.4 it fails with “request timed out”. When I managed to find a book I was not allowed to read the summary despite the “free trial”. Edit: After reinstalling, and using email instead of twitter for the signup, I was able to use the free trial. There are still some usability issues with the app: 1. Slow searches 2. Not saving the state of where I was when reading a summary when I minimise the app, and then having to search for the book again. So 3 stars for great content, but a not very usable app.
Great little app
I love the app, it’s part of my daily life now, like a ‘one a day’ thing. I actually prefer the app to the website. Lots of interesting titles, some really informative, eye opening and empowering content. You can really get a good feel for the books - using the app for only few months but already ended up buying (and reading) multiple titles. Ability to listen to the abstracts is amazing and the dark mode is also super handy for me. Thank you guys, keep it up! Happy 2021!
Very useful for busy people
GetAbstract helps me get involved with authors and topics that I’m really interested in, allowing me to do it in a way that adapts to my day to day. I recommend it to people who enjoy taking a moment for personal growth and relax
