Why cant login?
Seriously guys. I just terminated my AIA and switched to GE. Honestly not expecting this kind of mess. Already 2024 and urgent change needed.
Not user friendly at all
Aia apps so smooth to use, my parent got that insurance. Damn why so hard to even login on your apps ? 🤦🏻♂️
Not user friendly
Nothing can be done in this apps. Please follow AIA, their apps is 100 times more user friendly and user can do a lot of things there. Considering switching to AIA only because of your stupid apps
Apps Tidak Berguna
Apps ini langsung tidak berguna. Tidak boleh login melalui apps sedangkan username dan password yg sama boleh login laman web tanpa sebarang masalah.

This apps is useless! Cannot login on apps, keep saying wrong password. But can login on website smoothly. Stupid apps! Been reading other people’s same experience also since months ago still this app cannot login!
