Fraudulent service - still waiting for my refund
I hired cleaning services from GetEase on 14 December 2023. The service provider cancelled. I tried to communicate with the app’s team over their official WhatsApp and upon not finding a suitable alternative slot, I asked them to refund my deposited amount. They said they will do that right away but I haven’t received the refund to date. Please avoid them

Really like this app and it’s service. Had multiple services at home. Always super happy with the results! Planning a service in the app is easy and the experts are very kind and professional. I have been using this app mostly for bookings for my nails and brows. Would definitely recommend.
Horrible app, horrible service
I booked an appointment but no one showed up. After I call, I have been told that the appointment could not happen. Then I am kicked out of the app, and the other appointments I have booked have disappeared. I wrote to the team and got no answer. Don’t use this unless you enjoy problems over problems.
