GetFit is the most useful app for new runners. Only a 30-minute workout, 3 times per week, for 8 weeks will take you from your couch to 5k race!
The program is based on the Walk/Run interval program, guided by your personal audio coach.
Your audio coach will tell you when to run and when to walk during your workout.
