I booked the service as I had an important event to attend. Booked for 4pm and without any information these people rescheduled it for 5pm. On top of that the lady calls me and says she will be reaching after 6pm as she was busy with other service. When I said it’s not acceptable, she accused me of being rude to her and asked me to cancel the service. This is the first and the last time I booked a service from them. I would request everyone not to rely on these people for any services as they will ruin it for you.

Hi, Kindly please don’t book any service through this app, as they can’t arrange a proper beautician on time. Moreover when the time comes they will ask you to reschedule as they couldn’t arrange the service and will inform 1-2min prior that they couldn’t arrange a beautician. I had to cancel my service then, though its my first time appointment done and still failed. Kindly please inform your customer service provider too as they pick up calls as well.

Really good service and products are also nice. was really happy with Getlook service as it's a class apart from other services, I have used at home before. I prefer at home service as I would like to spend my day off leisurely at home and not in the traffic. Getlook assures this as they are on time and services provided were by par the best l've used so far.

I have booked facial service, when beautician connected that steamer in her extension cord it got short circuit and blasted… luckily we both r safe.. such a pathetic and low quality product get look is providing to the staff… if something happens to us then who ll be responsible for that

I recently booked Get Saloon and had a fantastic experience. The beautician assigned to me, Pratika. She was highly skilled, professional, and attentive throughout all the services. I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Pratika and Get Saloon!

I had booked for beauty services and had made pre-payment. Last minute they called and told they won’t be able to send the beautician and asked me to reschedule. I was not okay to reschedule so I cancelled the service. All this happened on 28th of June and it’s already the 10th of July today and the refund has not been made. No response to e-mails and fake promises being made over call regarding refund. They only keep telling I will check with the accounts team but never get back. Plz don’t book any services on this app and don’t use this app plz. Worst experience ever.

I took a service from fry look and it was excellent. Kalavathi was very punctual and she has given the best service!!

Their Advertisement showed some offers that could applied on the first booking, which was why I signed up for their website and I proceeded to book an appointment but it showed that the coupon was expired and when I contacted the customer care to complain about the same they asked me to install their app as there was a technical “glitch” on their website. So I downloaded the app and the same thing happened and when I called the customer service again, the lady on the other end said very rudely said that nothing could be done about it and told me to just book it or cancel it. And mind you, it was going to be my very first booking. Pathetic customer service. Not recommended at all. False advertising they practice.

The lady did the waxing and my skin peeled and when i reached out the customer care agent she talks like as if she is a dictator and i ahd to spend 2000 for the blunder the stylist caused.Forget about saving money and going for cheap options u will regret later and spend more on medical bills

Firstly we could do literally nothing other than wait until they schedule someone and even after which they come late. If there are no staff sufficient enough to fulfill services they should simply disable the slot. I booked eyebrow lamination service along with few other initially they asked to come to office as I denied without any info they just didn’t assign anyone and not answering calls too.
