Gett Driver App

Recently while using the app it has been consuming about 700Mb of data in a single days work. My mobile provider keeps sending a warning that my data is running low and I have had to top it up several times this month. For example a £12 job used up 130Mb If you worked 5 days a week for a month that would be abut 14 Gb +. I know this by monitoring the Get Driver app consumption in Settings>Mobile data. I have an iPhone XR using iOS 15.1 on the Vodafone network

This app definitely serves green badge drivers over suburban.Can, and have,sat for 2 hours on suburban taxi rank only for a green badge driver to arrive and to be immediately given a Gett job when 3 or more suburban drivers are doing time on the same rank and being overlooked/stitched up!

This has to be the worst app for getting work as a taxi driver Every time you do a update it gets worst for drivers You can only refresh 20 times in a minute Why did you add that to the app Loads of LUL work goes in to the app But you can’t look at them because you spend half time time Deleting the message You can only refresh 20 times in a minute GETT want to offer a good service The app needs to be very driver friendly Which is definitely isn’t

Turned on as usual then lost all connections to app. Tried to reinstall but kept timing out when I tried to sign m ageing Usually reliable but very frustrating the last couple of days.

Stop signing in with text code and change it to number and password.

Plagued with technical issues that software team are not addressing. Logs you out randomly Jobs Accepted just spin and spin

App freezes when I accepted a job , have to kill the app & reopen again & job gone . Need to be fixed . Priority service should be suspended atm no jobs offers during peak time my intake down by 70% since this introduced.

Hopefully you will fix the problem where a driver gets offered a job, accepts it and then the app hangs until you have to close it and re-open it. It would be good to have the option to auto refresh the future jobs screen back.

Using an algorithm to hide jobs from drivers, instead of showing every driver every job like it used to do. No fairness in who can see future jobs. Constant message of ‘job taken by another driver’ yet it remains on screen unable to be taken. Every new update makes it a little worse. I rang in everyday from Sep ‘18 until June ‘19 to say it doesn’t work properly and no one could help. In 2020 I still have to reinstall the app everyday and hope it works for the first hour. Kash, Russ, Shaz just pass you around from one to the other never fixing anything. You have to wonder if they’re incompetent on purpose, or just by accident. And now the app takes 20% too!

Whenever I have a job come on screen I click green to accept the job and screen freezes and miss out on the very few jobs that appear on the app for suburban taxi drivers. Waste of time,data and money. Ian Unhappy driver
