GIA Customer is an application that connects to Grain Inspection Assistant, by North Dakota Grain Inspection. It is primarily used by customers to schedule service requests with, Ready Times, Locations, Quantities, Grain Type, Sample Method, Container Type, View when NDGI personnel have left the office, View NDGI personnel going on-site, Verify all tests to be ran are accurate. What’s New: Ability to add service requests with all information needed without calling in, edit service requests with up to date information, view when NDGI personnel have left the office, view NDGI personnel going on-site, verify all tests to be ran are accurate.
