Sign in page is broken, and I refuse to disable any of my privacy settings to get it to work. Just like many other apps as of late - this is intentional and by design, to ensure they can harvest and sell your personal data. I refuse to use this trash or partake in this thievery. These devs should be ashamed of themselves.

I live in Indiana yet the app insists that I live in Pittsburgh, PA! Garbage!

It would seem like curbside pickup would be a great and convenient. I’ve placed 4 pickup orders and each time they’ve been extremely late. All parking spots were take by people shopping inside. I have an infant and a toddler so shopping isn’t easy. It’s even more frustrating to get home and find $60 worth of groceries weren’t accounted for. Hire more people and training people to navigate your stores would be great. Maybe update your app to identify not only the isle but also shelf and which row would be helpful to staff.

Thankful for this option. Love my Waterworks crew!!

Bad app

This is my first order. It was surprisingly easy!

Will you please update the app to allow us to add the giant eagle card to apple wallet!

Had trouble ordering as internet service went bad and had to place an order several times before I can get it in and then I lost my timeslot and had to change it three times. other than that it was fine

Fee for bags

My husband and I wasted too many hours on making an order and trying to put it through. We called the store, corporate. They couldn’t help. Our store is great. This app is not.
