The update messed up the in app range editor. You need to adjust the range in the iPhone photos app then turn the full video into a gif.

If you use the range tool the video footage becomes unviewable so you can no longer edit it. Then sometimes it won’t actually save the file when you’re done editing and you have to restart the app losing whatever work you’ve done. I love the interface and tools so I paid for the pro version but I have mixed feelings on it. Edit: I have been able to get it to work only for clips under three seconds I think. Otherwise it errors out if you use the range tool. Updated to three stars because I at least got it to work.

Paid to get rid of ads before I even tried to make a gif. Does not work, the final button does NOTHING. Total scam shouldn’t even be on the App Store.

All saved gif albums are gone because of a useless update that just made the app worse. Who thought this was a good idea???

This used to be my favorite gif creator. Now all of a sudden the range tool completely breaks the video to the point I can’t keep editing or complete. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Now why would yall update this yall made it worse

Up until now this was such an amazing app that I’ve recommended to friends and family. I was exited to see the updated version which at first seemed really fantastic with some nice features. Only problem is it doesn’t work 😕 I hope it gets fixed soon. One could concern- I didn’t the looping options on the new version, which would be really disappointing - I hope the forward or reverse looping function doesn’t go away when you get this awesome app working again 🤞🏼

This app used to work just fine. Then it got updated, and now it crashes every time I try to make a gif. Then they updated it again, and I was hoping that would fix the issue. Nope. Still crashes. The old adage goes “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

This is my main gif creator, if not the only one … I just have two requests: (1) Can you make it so the text banner splits in two (one line and a second line) if the text goes beyond eleven words? (2) Can you make a separate “range” option, for text, so the text banner doesn’t show up on the gif until we want it to? Edit: With the new update and design, now there’s no text option… 😳
