Trying to save gifs from twitter. User guide in app doesn't help either. Waste of time and space!

this app lets me save tons of gifs!! IM SO HAPPY I LOVE THIS APP!! 💜

I liked the app because it does what it’s supposed to do, so I bought the ‘All the things’ upgrade. I reached out to Jelly because since the upgrade I still see ads on the app. He replied right away and gave me troubleshooting steps to take, unfortunately it wasn’t resolved right away. Not because there was something wrong with the app but because I was an idiot! In doing the steps (delete app, reinstall), I forgot that I had the In-app purchase turned off. Turning it back on would have solved the issue right away. He was nice enough to tell me that I can opt to ask for a refund If I want to but he will work on an update to solve this. I chose to wait since he was so nice and apologetic, and I really like the app. A month or so later, I received an email from him following up if I’m still having an issue since he posted an update for the app. This is when I figured out I was an idiot. The app works great, my issue was resolved. I really appreciate the great support and follow up. TLDR; The app works, great customer support.

I used to love gif wrapped! It was allowing me to save all my favorite gifs from the app formerly known as Twitter …then all of a sudden it wouldn’t let me save any. I get the ridiculous “sorry, we can’t find a link… Sure, ok” message. After weeks of getting that same message, I’m done.

Worked great before, but no longer works. I’ll update my rating when it works again.

GIFWrapped has stopped working ….what gives?

I tried to save gifs from Twitter and other sites but it keeps refusing it saved one gif that was it after one time it refuses time to find something better

I’ve been using GIFwrapped for a few years now and love it. I normally use it to save a gif someone has created and posted on Twitter and save it to my camera roll for future reference. It has always worked beautifully. However, in the past couple of weeks I don’t know what has happened. Not sure if my settings have been changed or what, but every time I copy a Twitter link then paste it into the GIFwrapped search to be copied I get No Result Found Apparently there are no GIF’s that match your search request. Maybe adjust it a little before trying again. Return to your Library I’ve never saved gifs to my library before yet When I return to my library the items in my library are still pics which I had no idea had been saved to GIFwrapped. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times but nothing changes. As I’m not too tech savvy I’ve always loved this app because it has been so easy to use. Is there a way to go back to default settings? I’m concerned settings may have been changed accidentally and I don’t know how to change them. Nothing looks like it always has on the app. I can’t get to the screen to even paste a copied link to a gif. Let alone share a gif with my camera roll. Can you please help me?

This app suddenly stopped working. Now I copy the links to paste on GIFwrapped to get my gifs and now I keep getting no stupid results every single time. This app has become useless trash it doesn’t work at all anymore. This was the only way I had to save gifs and now it doesn’t work at all. Thanks for nothing

Before the latest update, twitter gifs were not loading. Thankfully the new update fixes this issue would recommend!
