يظهرلي عند التسجيل ان رقم هويتي خطا و صحيح

وش التطبيق هذا اسوي انشاء حساب و اذا حطيت هويتي وتاريخ الميلاد يقول لي الرمز خطاء كيف الرمز غلط ونا حاط هوية وتاريخ ميلاد بس ؟؟
Maintenance Required
Requires a lot of maintenance and update to being able to utilize this app properly. Biometric is not working and require approval every time upon login the app.
Unable to get OTP
Dear team , kindly fix the issues for login i tried to login number of times unfortunately unable to receive OTP
