Komplizierte App, Sensoren funktionieren nicht
Habe Thermostate gekauf, korrekt eingerichtet und Wohnung ist komplett überheizt. Sensoren funktionieren scheinbar nicht. Webseite des Herstellers nicht sehr hilfreich oder barrierefrei.
Funktioniert wunderbar, bin sehr zufrieden
Bin mit der App und allen Funktionen, die ich mit den zwei Heizthermostaten und der Basis nutze sehr zufrieden. Läuft rund und stabil.
…schlechte Qualität und überzogene Preise
Schlechte Qualität der Camera Übertragungsqualität und total überzogene Preise selbiger. Kameras für viel Geld gekauft und nach 2 Jahren nutzlos!!!??? …neue Kameras kosten selbst mit Rabatt noch fast 100 € pro Stück !!! Viel zu hoher Stromverbrauch der Fenstersensoren ! Auch die Rauchmelder sind viel zu teuer! Schade - aber ich werde auf ein Chinesisches System mit Zigbee Protokoll umsteigen ! Viele Grüße Thomas
Bin sehr zufrieden seit Jahren
Ich bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden mit dem gigaset! Was mir jedoch noch fehlt ist eine Fernbedienung, so das man nicht immer das Handy dabei haben muss! Nur mit dem Button steuern ist nicht sehr gut! Ich würde mir noch mehr Möglichkeiten zur Steuerung über Regeln wünschen.
Anmeldung
Bei der Passworteingabe kann man die Richtigkeit nicht mit verfolgen. Das Eingabefeld sollte kontrollierbar sein, damit man Fehleingaben sofort erkennen kann!
Kein Ansprechpartner
Alles Sensoren wurden vor Wochen aus der App entfernt… die Funktion für die Sensoren wieder einzustellen sind verschwunden!?!?!?! Kontakt mit der Firma… schon seit Wochen erfolglos!!!
Nach Update keine Kontaktauflösung mehr
Hab das vorgeschlagene Update durchgeführt. Jetzt werden Anrufe nur noch als Nummer angezeigt, es erfolgt keine Auflösung des Kontaktnamens mehr. Mal wieder er eine Verschlimmbesserung!

Kaum Unterstützung für Alexa und andere Smartphone Systeme Kameras nur nativ in App keine Anbindung zu Alexa möglich
