Unable to submit a report for a broken container because the form doesn’t work.

Response Time and Resolution

Slow response time Simple issues such as synchronizing traffic lights so that when the first light turns green and you accelerate to the speed limit, when you get to the next light, which is one half mile from the first light, it hasn’t already turned red. What a waste of gas and more stop and go.

This app would be great if they actually resolved the issues they close out and state are "resolved". I posted an issue about a massive bee hive across from my house in a park where there are always children. They assigned the issue and then closed it out as "resolved" a few days later. I responded asking if the fact they closed it out means they sprayed the beehive. Then they respond saying I actually need to contact the HOA. Shouldn't they tell you that BEFORE they close it out and mark it as "resolved". How many of the other issues have been closed and "resolved"? I was initially excited about this app until my own personal experience with it turned out like this.
