If I could this would be Zero stars

This is rubbish, I needed this for my school books. Once I downloaded this app it asked me for a Username which I was never asked to create on the website while creating my account, this rendered me unable to access any of the ebooks. The creators of the app and GillExplore need to get their crap together for this app as many students may rely on this. So, do not bother to download this app, it will waste your time and not let you access the books.

Gimme back my money

I paid €20 for an ebook and after I used the verification code (which said I got the book and all that) I couldn’t get the book anywhere and my account said I had no digital media. I don’t know what to do now and I’m afraid I might have to pay AGAIN for yet another ebook >:(((

Scam

I bought my french book and decided to use the ebook this year as COVID-19 regulations will not give us lockers,after a while the app said I didn’t own the book anymore and to renew would cost around 40€ . Is this what you do in your spare time?scamming teens for money? Seriously disappointed:(

Its telling me to input a username, which I never made. I have an account, but it’s using my email and there was never a username. I can’t access my books, please fix this
