Gimbal Pro

My complaint is that while I’m recording a basketball game, the app will randomly start tracking a walking spectator. Also, randomly it will cause the orientation of the video to change and/or shut off while recording. It does work about 80% of the time.

There is nothing about these Chinese companies that is straight forward.

This is my second device. I purchased this updated one pro and still it’s a waste. The remote tracker is not functioning. There is a big discrepancy between the manual and the actual device. That big dial there with a red device is good for nothing. It’s not moving anything despite me actually connecting to it

My gimbal was working relatively well then today it just flopped over with full battery and won’t respond to any button presses or joystick controls. Tried resetting in app but it gives an error. Not sure what to do.

Overall, the app seems decently good. HOWEVER, I can’t use the .5x zoom within the app, which makes it mostly useless for my needs.

Please add more templates for making videos

I used the app today while filming some open houses I lost a 8 minute footage from the app including having another video being cut in half, I made sure the app was recording both times I get home and the videos are known where to be found this is ridiculous Im also having the same problem someone left a review of 5 years ago where the Bluetooth connects and in the camera in app says mobile not connected which I’m suspecting may the reason I lost my footage, apparently they have intentions on improving their app I will no longer use it and will now use my native camera I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want to loose your photos and videos

At first the app was freezing and the zoom mode would not work. Today it open with a new look and when I recorded a recital the recording came up as portrait even though the camera was in landscape and I could see everything. It was very frustrating to have a video that cut off half of the players. Please fix the app or see if there is a way to use the device without the app.

Idea was great. Unfortunately, app doesn’t work for me. Can’t even find my gimbal.

This app is necessary to unlock some of the more advanced features of my gimbal, however, the proprietary camera software in the app isn’t up to par for the quality of my phone camera. I should be able to shoot 24fps if it’s native to my camera. Update the UI as well and this app will be seamless.
