Opponent doesn’t match what amount of coins I put into the game.
This game freezes in between turns way too much. Plus I have been on level 137 since the 1500 th win, I am on game 3275. Every since they have updated it been worse.

What has happened to this game? The game scrolls continually trying to find an opponent match on the 2500 level. Is there a problem? The game has technical issues. You can not discard at times? Is this online game broken? I have spent money playing a broken game! What is going on?

I played more than one game with two different players and during third game, when other player about to gin or knock, game freezes and play must end.
100pt game option☹️
Switched to this game because another online Gin Rummy I played for years, got rid of 100pt game option. Now with great disappointment I see this game has also taken away the 100 pt game option. ☹️
Freezes
I’m playing along and all of the sudden my cards won’t move, then it takes a card randomly. Sometimes it’s my wifi connection., a lot of times it’s not. Your update messed up the game.
Last Upgrade is bad
I can hardly play anymore. It throws out the card I want to keep. The Auto sort is horrible. It freezes all the time. It was the best Rummy on the net until the Dec 2023-24 upgrade

I used to play every day but the last update Freezes up every time now.
12/25/23 Updates
The recent updates are awful. Merely trying to sort your deck manually inadvertently causes a discard. The change in points/coins/diamonds awarded is markedly decreased; it may be my change in playing style since yesterday, but my W/L ratio has been 100% L this AM.
