I filled out the whole thing then it said I was already in the system. It was so annoying and then I couldn’t get out of it. It was stuck. I couldn’t get back to the beginning. Pan in the a**

I updated to new iPhone. The did not update and I had to start from scratch. It won’t let me in to begin that process. Using it before was a difficult experience and not user friendly.

My dogs facility has us using this to check on our dog. The app NEVER works all you get is a white screen. I’ve even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Disappointed

Problem with saving picture to photos on iPhone. Your app only will keep the first photo saved. If you try to save a different photo afterwards, it still keeps the first photo. In order to save another photo, I have to delete the app from my phone and then reload it and sign in again. Terrible!

Developer should be ashamed!

Unable to download pictures as it captures the initial picture you selected to download and when selecting to download a second picture, it still only display the initial picture. This is most likely a cache issue but something that should have been caught during testing.

This app is trash. I have tried to sign in so many times according to the kennel’s instructions. It always says incorrect login even when I’ve reset my password and it said password successfully changed. Whose idea was this?

I have tried unsuccessfully for 3 weeks (since app launch at my facility) to make reservations. I go through all the steps and my reservations requests are successful, pending acceptance. The problem is my facility never receives my requests and I have to go through the receptionist to make my reservations. There is no option on the app for contacting Gingr to report the problem either. Not much about the app is intuitive or easy to navigate. Very disappointing

Used to love this app. When my local daycare posted pictures of my dog I was easily able to download pictures. It is a pain now. I keep getting the same picture and missing out on saving the great pictures if my dog.

That app seems to have problems it resets every month. I have to have new invitation sent by my daycare centers. It’s getting to be a real hassle.
