I have used this app for GLE electric account for years and worked fine. Recently I added Truestream fiber internet service, also from GLE. The link to manage the Truestream router does not show when the app is downloaded on some accounts. They apparently are aware of this problem, but as of this writing some customer still cannot get to the link or control router settings. If you are having trouble getting Truestream link, save yourself a lot of time and frustration and just call the Co. The electric part of the app still works fine.
Every time I open the app on my iPad, it starts to load, then shuts down within seconds. I have shutdown all other apps and rebooted my iPad. Still having the same problem. Not having any issues with the app on my iPhone..
App is very useful. Easily allows payment of bill, auto pay setup, outage reporting, usage monitoring and more. More functionality will be great in the future but this is a great step forward in the right direction.
This app is terrible. Must be some college grad’s first project. Nothing works right. Power outage updates are non-existent. We’ve been without power for almost 12 hours, and the app says “You may be without power”. No updates. No timeframe. Totally useless. Take DTE’s lead on this one. Theirs works! Deleting.
