Was initially told our student flat could get virgin media broadband but after signing contract we were informed it wasn’t available at our location so we’re left with slower wifi than we wanted. Then all was good for a while until we tried to cancel our contract early once we moved out. Their customer service has been impossible to contact, I’ve been left on hold for hours with no answer and no replies to my emails or messages. It can take weeks to get any sort of response and by then it was too late to cancel early anyways. Now contacted them over a week ago to get info on getting credit back off our account and have had no response yet again. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else

This service provider was selected for a student accommodation block in Salford. The previous one I stayed in gave us 200mgb a second. We get 50 here and if you want to upgrade to 100 you have to pay £5 a month. Which would be fine if I didn’t get an alert signal when I tried to purchase. I’ve contacted staff in the past and they just run basic troubleshooting after I told them I’d done everything I knew including sapping ports online through the website not just simple on and off at the plug. Just a waste of time and effort

Moved into my university accommodation specifically for the wifi as it was gigabit and had trouble connecting as the UI on the website is poorly designed and the app is no better. Finally got everything connected and worked fine for a couple weeks. Then around 3 weeks ago there was a network outage and I expected it to last a day or two but we didn’t have any wifi for an entire week, making it impossible to complete any of my assignments etc… After that whole situation they finally managed to get the wifi working which was great but turns out we now only get 1/1000 of the speed - literally 1mbps - and it’s been like this for 2 weeks. I’ve absolutely had it with this company, so I go on the app on the live chat to try and get an update on how long the speed will be like this and it dosent even work, been 2 hours connecting to an agent and then it shut me out. Absolutely awful experience, bad app, bad customer service.

After a year of completely inept utilities management, they provided us with a bill for 67 quid for a “administration fee”. Upon calling them they simply said that we should’ve read the contract more closely, and that it’s in the small print somewhere. If that’s not a blatantly scummy scam then I don’t know what is

App does not function and has loads of issues! If you try to scan for problems on the network the app just closes down after a minute and doesn’t do it. If you try to add a device you can’t because the MAC address Box only allows for numbers. Very messy app!

Need this app for accommodation Internet. You need to enter your post code and select the building to sign in/up and it moves the “next” button off the screen but won’t let me scroll at all. Only had this issue with this app. Infinitely repeatable.
