Slechte routeplanner
Is niet accuraat genoeg en kiest niet de meest dichtbij zijnde halte is moeilijk plannen met de app. Geen aanrader 9292 is vooralsnog beter

De reistegoed is niet meer geldig terwijl was aangegeven tot 14 december 2024.

Dichtstbijzijnde bushalte richting station wordt niet gezien 😥
Werkt goed
Werkt sinds update goed. Info over aanpassingen zoals vervallen haltes mogen duidelijker (zodat t eenduidig wordt).

Commercieel?!
De app voelt aan als zeer commercieel. Naast veel schermen steeds weg te moeten klikken, vraagt het veel data/gegevens van je. Waar dat voor wordt gebruikt is erg onduidelijk. Zo wordt gevraagd om telefoonnummer, zonder duidelijk is wat daar het voordeel van is of wat ermee gebeurd. Privacybeleid is ook erg vaag over wat ze met jouw gegevens doen. Het noemt veel soorten gegevens die ze delen, maar houdt het bij ‘partijen’ en noemt niets bij naam. Persoonlijk vind ik de reisplanner ook vrij onoverzichtelijk. Kortom: er is nog veel werk aan de winkel. Ook de ‘feedback’ optie in het menu ontbreekt, hoewel dat in een avn de reacties werd genoemd. Jammer wel, want het wordt hoog tijd voor een betere ov-app voor de gebruiker!

Fijne app, goede reisassistent
Vind het een fijne app. Reis er zowel zakelijk als privé mee.
