Glimpse – Video storytelling

Great concept and makes really special videos but completely lacks intuitive interface and there is no back up for your clips. I accidentally deleted my glimpse and a whole trip’s worth of memories when trying to remove a single clip. There was no instruction or user friendly menu to help me navigate and avoid making this easy mistake. The app also doesn’t store your clips and so there’s no way to recover deleted info or put it into a new glimpse from a library of clips. Reached out to customer support and was ignored. So disappointing.

I paid for premium but it won’t let me make a video. Really buggy.

Love using this app as a way to capture moments. but it needs some updates and bug fixes

Love this app and it has so much potential, but the developers need to fix the bugs. When taking a video sometimes it will glitch and not play properly. I have pro and it’s worth the one off payment to have more flexibility to move videos and crop etc. Wish you could also drop in images from photos as sometimes I realise I didn’t add to it

I love this app and use it a lot but since the most recent update it’s so hard to edit the videos as they glitch when trying to playback. Please can you sort it out! Otherwise great app for making memories.

Great app but the intermittent lack of recording sound as others have reported still hasn’t been fixed (I note the developer is still happy to take money for the ‘pro’ features though). Will have to find an alternative sadly as it’s pointless if the sound randomly doesn’t record.

great app, easy to use and cheap if you wanted to update to the premium version

Has toooo many glitches plus very bag customer service support. After several attempts i didn’t manage to get the help i needed. Luckily i didn’t buy the upgrade but did a trial.
