I the app very good too use

Transfers take too long

Apple Pay??

Needs a few improvements. Apple Pay will start and the ability to change the pin.

Scary

I have never lost so much money so quickly. Charges on top of the loss. Had to pull my money out quickly

Needs serious work

I LOVE the idea of this and so want it to work, but unfortunately the card only works sporadically. I have tried to pay in 3 different places today: one was accepted, two declined. Plenty of money on the account and the account is linked correctly, so I found this very embarrassing

Has been faultless

Cannot fault the app, service etc. haven’t had a single problem, slick, fast and easy to use.

Great idea, good execution, needs Apple Pay in UK

Very clever idea. Lovely app, card arrived promptly. Definitely 5 stars once they add Apple Pay in UK.

Just didn’t work

Bought the card to convert quickly from Sterling/Euros , went abroad and the card was not accepted in a large hotel chain. Waste of money lost in the conversion process. Only been able to use it once in UK on contactless payment. Waste of time.

Friendly staff and very sophisticated design.

It’s a great app great way to save and spend In gold since using it I love the way how it works I would recommend this for all people.
