I downloaded this app 3 days ago and i still haven't received my otp. Judging by other reviews, this is very common. Fire the tech team in charge of this app and hire professionals. Compared to your competitors (mtn and airtel) you're doing wonderfully awful and showing just how very nigerian your brand is.

App is working but after sometimes you’ll be logged out and won’t be able to log in back.

I had to come here to rate this app because it’s been so frustrating. At first the login was just really slow but now for the past one week the app refuses to login it doesn’t even bother to load. it’s really annoying. And when I buy data I don’t get the full bundle like I’m always getting half or less than half of it. Like why am I buying 9gb and I’m getting 3.5gb like where did the rest disappear too. I don’t just understand.
