Great remote deposits~

I don’t know just who merged with whom, but since AKUSA went ‘Global’, NOTHING works the same, including this app. I’ve been with Alaska since 1979, when they only issued 6 digit account numbers and catered to federal/military members. With Global came a broad based employee purge. The long-time familiar faces were GONE! Along with them went the idea of friendly service. I’ve moved most of my money somewhere else and only use ‘Lowball’ as a money drop to service my other accounts. All it’s good for now.

I have really enjoyed the Global app! It is user friendly and just what I need as a senior citizen!

Good bang sometimes

I love the Global app. It is so user friendly! And believe me that is very helpful to me. Getting accounts at Global FCU has been the best thing I could’ve done! They are amazing!

This new credit union didn’t protect my account from Apple’s rampant fraud and corruption that seems to hitting everyone who uses iPhones these days. If they will allow Apple to rip off members then they will allow other companies to as well. And l’m so tired of constantly being badgered to buy insurance! If l want insurance I will go see my insurance agent! Your job was to protect my money NOT SELL ME INSURANCE! And you couldn’t even do that. Why would I want to continue with you? You have basically spit on every single Alaskan who is/was a member and loyal to you for decades! As far as l’m concerned you can go straight to, well you get it right?

Already worked with Global’s customer service. I’m only able to access my account through a browser.
