Global CU for Business

Are you guys going to step into the 21st century and modernize your app to integrate Zelle? In March Zelle is terminating the option to add your debit card and send money through the app which means global FCU users who use that service will be left back in the Stone Age because you guys refuse to modernize your app. POP money is a joke and ACH takes entirely too long. Please add the option to use Zelle in the app before it’s too late.

Why am I still having trouble even just logging in on a consistent basis? Still?

I shouldn’t have to reenable Face ID biometrics every time I open the app. And maybe stop the remote deposit from flipping the camera image randomly.

So, I can’t access Bill Pay on my iPhone 15 iOS 17. It just spins. I can see my check register however. Not good when on travel. I have latest version of the Global CU for Business app. I just noticed that there is also a Global CU app as well in the App store? I updated from AlaskaUSA when it changed, and there was only one at the time. I have the same Global CU for Business app on my iPad and Bill Pay works fine. My question is, which app should I be using? Hopefully one of them isn’t a scam. The Global CU app appears to be the most recently updated. Please advise.

Why is this app not directing people to the new app?

I previously had an auto loan with Alaska Credit Union. Then take over by Global…the same app but now I have a repeating cycle of the face recognition trying to log me in. I can occasionally tap on the user id to break the cycle, then enter in my details but it’s pretty annoying. Once in, the app allows me to pay my loan easily. Please update or fix.

I prefer this app for business as opposed to the new Global CU app, but the touch opening on the business app is often not working correctly. All my other banking apps work just fine including the other Global CU app so it is not my device.

I have never had these issues with AlaskaUSA. Every now and then GCU forgets and releases my Biometric ID and I have to re-enter it again. And most of the time the Face ID just scans your face 5 times and doesn’t even log you in. Please for our sanity FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!

Face ID to login just keeps saying it’s complete and then doing it again and again and again.

I presently much prefer this app to the other one that was recently released. I have access to more actual features on this app than I do the other one. The only problem I have is that Touch ID will break if I log in with it then immediately go to Home Screen before I do anything, and it takes several iterations of deleting the device from Biometric ID and redoing it before it starts using it again.
