Global Eagle

The main DEVICE ALBUM tab where you access the stored videos is only partially visible on my iPhone SE 2020. I believe this is due to the smaller screen size and home button which the app developer hasn’t taken into consideration as it is visible on other iPhones that have larger screens and no home button. Being only partially visible makes it difficult to tap on to access the videos and the screen cannot be scrolled upwards to see it fully. App needs an update to fix.

Iphone 能用了嗎？

剛第一次下載啟用時，都很正常，第2次要用就出現沒有授權，安裝的車行叫我砍掉重裝，也不能老是這樣吧，很麻煩耶

去年十二月安裝了機器，型號：X8 結果到現在要四月了，要觀看影片都沒辦法讀取，會卡住20分鐘以上，影片都沒辦法看，車子一直是發動的，連線也沒問題，但影片就是沒辦法正常讀取，只能把影片下載下來，下載至少要等5-10分鐘，這個狀況一直不改善，很想換品牌了，能退錢嗎

所以到底在哪裡？

我連結成功後 竟然跟我說我的設備未經過授權 之前都沒這樣

我上個月買x7+l6定位測速器已用一個月是沒什麼問題，只是行車記錄器剛開機好像都要等一會才能用手機連線，不然密碼會錯誤，然後用手機看即時性畫面會卡卡的

請儘速改善！
