Worst functional app
The app doesn’t work fluently, there is always this problem or that problem, makes me want to not use the bank for any transactions at all. Changing your phone and using in a new phone is a nightmare. 👎🏻
Unnecessary Hassle
This App forced me to update app and change password and now it says my old password (FYI- I know my password) doesn’t match 🙄🙄
New application is pain
They have updated application but with lots of faults. To be honest old app was better than this new version. This new one takes ages to login and sometimes error even if we put correct password, such a pain.
Regarding Transfer Via Mobile Number
We cannot change the name of bank while transferring the sum. We cannot send the money to different bank. It’s just works with QR.
App is Crap
I recently updated to new version and it logged in for 15 minutes and logged out and never logged in again. Its really hard for me bcz I live abroad and can’t wait to return to Nepal and go straight to the bank to close my account.
