I pay for 7 days, it worked first day and no more. I am trying to contact them but nobody answers

Difficult to install and runs out of data quickly. I bought 3 GB of data and it ran out in a day with light usage, and I tracked cellular data usage on my iPhone which is shows to be much lower than what it shows in the app. In other words, for the same 24 hour period that the eSIM was installed, my iPhone showed 1 GB cellular data used while their app showed 3GB. Support is useless to say the least.

I used this for 3 months in the US (and a week in Mexico where my data worked even though I had only purchased a US eSIM) I use a lot of different eSIM companies as I travel every 3 months. I had no problems with the purchase, setup and service while using the eSIM. I would recommend this company to friends. The app is pretty useless though. So that is the 4 stars instead of 5.

I used this service prior to the app and it worked fine. With the app I couldn’t make or receive calls and customer support could not fix the problem. Will be using a different esim company in the future.

I purchased an eSIM for travel and it worked great. No issues with the service once I got it working. This app however is pretty much useless. All I wanted was the ability to track my data usage. The app isn’t showing accurate information. The amount of data it thinks I purchased is higher then the actual amount so the information is not accurate. They really need to start over with this app and keep it simple.

Once paying for the service the QR code says it was “no longer valid and the app doesn’t accept the user name and password sent in the “welcome” email. They got a small amount of money from me, but didn’t deliver one tiny shred of what they sold. Total scam.

I couldn’t get SMSes to work in the US, and that is the whole reason why I bought a voice eSIM instead of a data eSIM. The app is useless too. Wasted money.

I purchased a 5GB eSIM for Morocco and it worked fine the first day then I got a text saying insufficient funds for data service and the data connection stopped working. I only used 1GB so far out of the total! They have non existent customer service and I sent a chat through the app but the useless app doesn’t even load the reply message the customer service sent. I’m going to be disputing the charge for this eSIM if they don’t refund me.

Avoid! I paid extra for 100 minutes of voice but nobody could call me (said invalid number) and I couldn’t call out even when using their app. Data service worked fine for 2 days then started disconnecting randomly. I would have to switch to airplane mode then back and service would resume. Very annoying, very painful and frustrating. Avoid at all costs
