Globbing

My package was delivered a week earlier than expected, while I was out of town. Since I couldn’t pick it up, it was returned to the distribution center. Now I have to pay extra to get it delivered again. Why isn’t there an option to pause or hold the package in the locker for a few days? Or at least keep it until the original delivery date? It’s frustrating that deliveries can show up at random times without any way to plan around them.

I don’t have problems with the service actually. My only concern is US warehouse working time. It’s not available on Saturday and Sunday which makes a lot of inconvenience with postal services. All the time they need to redeliver to the next business day, the same way I lose time for waiting my package. That would be great to fix that as almost all postal services work on weekends.

I have ordered a few items from China and the total weight is 1.3 kg. And for this package I have to pay 10,100 dram, meanwhile 1kg. = 1500 dram (ship). If I’ve ordered this by the plane, the price would be the same. So explain, please.

There’s no quality in support service.

4 stars for the service 2 stars for the application. When you started the company it was okay to have this app, but now you are one of the top companies in the country and it is a shame to provide this app.

I have made 35 purchases from various countries, and all of them arrived on or even before the estimated delivery date provided by Globbing. In my opinion, Globbing is the fastest and the cheapest option option, even compared to online stores that ship directly to Armenia.

Your customer service is terrible! I’m switching to Onex! They’re not perfect, but at least they admit their mistakes and are willing to compensate for the issues they cause, unlike you!
