Why does the mobile banking app doesn’t have a customer support number

Using the bank for the first time and it is the worst sent 10k to the given acct and I haven’t seen it till now I knew it was a scam app with fake reviews atleast thank God I didn’t send like 50k to the acct I would have been crying by now Do not download its a scam

I open an account with the app and I deposited money into it they didn’t allow me To withdraw my Money I called customer care they asked me to fill some form why I did and didn’t see any changes they started asking for information which other commercial banks don’t even ask for

It is best to report this Bank as it stands. Very useless service. Withdrawals not possible but you can logged money into it. Otp for transfers takes decades before received and by then the time is elapsed. If you haven’t downloaded yet then I’ll advice you don’t. My money is still stuck there

This app is the most satisfying of all apps from different banks I ever use. I was just wondering how some people complain either of network or delayed receipt of funds lodged. In short and in all my life banking experience and transactions, I never find a mobile app with not hitches like this APP. Kudos to Globus Bank.
