I didn’t let me connect with my watch

The app runs somewhat smoothly, but the Weather feature does not show the temperature in the negatives, it just shows the positive number, and the Find My phone feature does not work,

App does not stay connected to watch. Tech support is generic email only. Cannot select fitness program nor can I get HR O2 min max for treadmill workouts

I decided to buy this watch to test whether I wanted a smart watch at all (didn’t want to shell out $$$ for something I wouldn’t like) I have enjoyed my watch and recommended it to others. I would like to see more flexibility in the custom watch faces. I would like to be able to add widgets and different font style, not just change the picture

This watch is great it’s everything that I need with a decent price tag

The app goes well, but the language traduction is really bad. Even if i set it in french or english, some texts are still in spanish..

The device and the app have stopped syncing. It shows the steps but sleep, heart rate and oxygen levels aren’t recorded. I have turned off and on the phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, reset the device, updated the app, and sent in a report. Nothing has worked. I don’t know what else to do about this. I don’t want to have to buy a new device but I’m debating seeing if a different app will work.

Pretty good watch for what I paid for it!! Just if you can maybe have some nice 3d watch faces,that would be amazing! The only down size of it is that the blood pressure doesn’t work,seems my blood pressure is the same everyday and I know it’s not!!

I got the watch in perfect condition and it worked fine. I got it wet and it still was fine. Then the button stoped working
