Use the App to track your blood sugar:
- When you first wake up, before you eat or drink anything
- Before a meal
- Two hours after a meal
- At bedtime
These are typical blood sugar targets:
- Before a meal: 80 to 130 mg/dL (4.4 - 7.2 mmol/L)
- Two hours after a meal: Less than 180 mg/dL (10.0 mmol/L)
Your blood sugar targets may be different depending on your age, any additional health problems you have, and other factors. Be sure to talk to your health care team about which targets are best for you.

So far good
Easy and Practical
I found this app very useful. Easy to use and very practical. Records just necessary information and you don’t have to make an account and supply all your information. I am a pre diabetic and just need to monitor what I eat so I control my levels and hopefully avoid becoming a type 2. Highly recommend this app.
