Entering glucose level can be done with a few taps. All the entries are recorded and presented nicely in the application's user interface. Deleting and editing record can be easily done. You can also email (pdf) report to your physician with a couple of taps or print the report directly to an AirPrint printer.

Glucose Recorder is a universal application that can run on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
If you already have iCloud enabled, glucose level records will be automatically synced across different iOS devices.

Easy

A very easy application to live with. Overall very good. Lovely to manipulate results, I like the 'page to a test' aspect, with each time having min/max/avg. The reports time frames are really useful too. Always visible are the graphs, along with typed version of the results of tests - easy to review too. How could it be improved? Well, the colour!

Not free. Needs a licence after 25 days

The app records the glucose results as a long list. That is good. But it offers nothing extra, except the need to buy a licence after 25 days. Not good. Deleted.

Where's the upgrade?

I paid for the upgraded version, but it hasn't downloaded, I only have the free one showing on my iPad.

It's not free. They start to ask for payment after a few days. They can't be trusted.

Simple

I tried another BG tracker that had a lot more features, but it was too US centric and more complicated than I need. This is terrific. It simply maps a graph of your readings, and allows you to make notes re each entry - I'm new to this, so my notes consist of food eaten, or time since eating/drinking etc. it also updates your low/high/average readings as you go. I only started yesterday, so will keep on for a while, then possibly buy the full app - though I don't know what it has that this doesn't.

Great app. Might I suggest that the normal glucose level areas be highlighted so at a glance you can see where your levels are normal.
