Dark mode UI not fully supported
For a modernized UI, this misses the mark, i was shocked that dark mode still isn’t fully implemented throughout the whole app!

Glympse is an app that lets you temporarily share your real-time location with family, friends, co-workers and more. It visually answers the question, “Where are you?” Glympse gives people and businesses power to share real-time locations safely, securely and temporarily, regardless of what type of mobile device they all have.
The app uses the GPS capability in your mobile phone to let you share your location in one of two ways:
Via a web-based map for a predetermined period with anyone you choose who does not have the Glympse app
Within the Glympse app for a predetermined period for those who, like you, have the Glympe app downloaded.

Glympse Private Groups is a feature in Glympse that creates a private, invite-only Group. You give members control over who can be a member. All members of a Group can share their location and request the location of other members – all visible only to those in the Group. Private Groups are ideal for sharing with family, carpools, sporting teams, groups of friends and more.
Glympse Tags
Glympse Tags is a feature in Glympse that allows you to quickly view and share location with multiple friends on a single, shared Glympse map. Glympse Tags are public spaces (similar to Twitter/X hash tags) where anyone who knows the Tag name can view the tag map and add themselves to that map. When you view a tag map, what you are seeing is a map of people who have chosen to join the tag map (example: !SmithFamilyReunion or !SeattleCyclingClub).
Glympse Premium Tags
Glympse Premium Tags is our premium offering in Glympse that provides customization options to personalize and brand the Glympse experience. You can create a one-of-a-kind experience by uploading your logo and branding, map out certain routes you plan to make stops at, as well as other branding elements. Glympse Premium Tags is ideal for events such as community parades, Santa parades, food trucks, marathons, and so much more.
The browser map viewer for non-app users may not be entirely accurate in regions such as Japan, China, and South Korea. Various factors, including mapping data limitations and regional restrictions, may result in imprecise displayed information in these areas.
This limitation does not affects in app users

Unbelievable Finally somebody made an app that is just what I want. Unbelievably simple, only requires email for app (encrypted) after input. Works flawlessly. I am a pilot, trucker, boater, and this just saved me a ton. Thanks so much. I’d even gladly pay for this.

Recommend monitoring and track suspected cheating wive and activities at work. However this great app couldn’t grant all access I needed to detect and catch my wife red handed in her deceptive ways. It all started when I had a suspicion on her with some recently inherited behavior like staying out late nights after work, being clingy to her phones and so on. I came to the internet to find a lasting solution to solve my marital problems. Thank God, faz came my way after checking through positive reviews , how he helped a woman catch her cheating husband red handed. I reached him via his mail at targetspytech (@) gmailcom and he requested for certain info such as my spouses phone number and phone model. Within hrs I got a notification popped up on my phone it was from Faz. he gave me a spy link which I accessed with my phone web browser there I was able to see all of his texts, call logs, WhatsApp, deleted conversation, social media shared pictures and videos etc as if I got his phone in my palms. It’s really a great opportunity to use the services of targetspytech (@) gmailcom, if you got similar issues right now I’ll strongly advice you write him for an excellent spying and tracking services. This is the most highly recommended and genuine services that works efficiently than the spy apps. You can tex him on WhatsApp at (plus one eight five six five seven five one zero seven nine)
No longer supported
It was good while it lasted but as of July 2021 it has not worked for months. Based on comments on their web site they stopped supporting it 4 years ago. Is there an alternative?
My wife can keep tabs on me
Less stressful for my wife and she knows what to do if I go down.
Not working
After last update on IOS not working. New terms page press Accept but won’t go anywhere. Does this on both our phones. No way to contact support via email so will leave this review. Loved it when it worked and hope for a fix soon
Latest update is broken
Trapped in an infinite loop on the EULA screen. Love Glimpse in general, but whatever I just updated to prevents me from using it, even after a power-off reset. Shame.
App is now failing for my wife to track
Have used this app for years 5 stars, now 1 Star. However, this cycling season the app continues to fail and closes on my wife’s phone. She can’t even accept the link before it closes. Nothing has changed and worked fine up until the end of outdoor cycling in 2020. This for me was important to make her aware of my location, expected return and my safety. Disappointed with the lack of support she has not received. I can no longer use this product and will have to revert to my Garmin device or Specialized helmet tracker. Unfortunately not as nice a Glympse was.
Very little lag,
I’ve finally had a chance to use this app. My son had to drive to a town in Northern Québec in January. With the extreme cold weather and snow covered roads, being able to follow his progress was securing for a parent. We talked on the phone and we compared notes as to where he was and there was a 10seconds delay. Absolutely amazing app!!!
Crashes upon generating link and doesn’t track
Once again the app no longer tracks you when using it. People who receive a link only see a non-moving location. It doesn’t change when you change location. The app also crashes immediately upon generating a link to share, which is why I suspect the tracking isn’t working correctly. This happens quite often with this app. It needs to be fixed.
