ok aber kein Kundendienst
hatte ein Problem wo ein halbes Dutzend Mal eine Mail kam, hatte das Gefühl, aha, gehackt. Habe mich an den Service gewendet per mail, NIE eine Antwort. Daher nutze ich die App nicht für wichtiges. Schade.Made in Germany für die Tonne wenn man allein bleibt. Ausserdem nur 1 GB, reicht nicht. zielt ab auf bezahlten Dienst.

Appli bien pensée dans son ensemble seul bémol, il n’y a plus la traduction instantanée dans la partie chat avec les établissements. C’est dommage d’avoir enlever cette fonctionnalité. C’est important et ça fait gagner du temps. Remettez cette fonctionnalité et l’application méritera un 10/10. Il faut aussi renforcer les informations sur les endroits accessibles aux personnes à mobilités réduites, ce n’est pas assez précis et pas assez développé par les établissements. On se retrouve parfois dans un endroit qui se dit « aménagé » selon les critères des pays mais qui finalement est loin de l’être.

Maar zoals mensen eerder hebben gezegd: De Nederlandse taal zou voor veel mensen zeker een belangrijke verbetering zijn. Zijn er nog mensen die dit een must vinden? Dan krijgen de uitvoerders nog een ster meer!
