I can’t do a login on my iPad, they ask already 3 logons and passwords I do that and that’s it. Nothing happens? Why’s that.
ok aber kein Kundendienst
hatte ein Problem wo ein halbes Dutzend Mal eine Mail kam, hatte das Gefühl, aha, gehackt. Habe mich an den Service gewendet per mail, NIE eine Antwort. Daher nutze ich die App nicht für wichtiges. Schade.Made in Germany für die Tonne wenn man allein bleibt. Ausserdem nur 1 GB, reicht nicht.
Good but still needs improvements
It is really useful to have the app and receive notifications, still, in the past months I had to reinstall it twice, as it nugged somehow... the app was not connecting to the server, therefore While getting into the app I was asked to login and redirected through an interface and the login did not work there, although I was filling in a captcha code. So I had to switch to the smartphone’s browser to check my e-mail and ultimately uninstall and reinstall the app. However, I enjoy gmx app and e-mail service and I hope this type of bug will disappear in the near future. Thanks!
