Waste

So what’s the point if he wants Apple Pay and he has to download an app to link it to Apple Pay. Dumb and also a waste of storage. I tried setting it up but no he’s mad that he has to get another app and do all these steps to get Apple Pay. I have told him go to Bank of America since all of the functions are in one app even links easily to Apple Pay. Also took a while to help set it up with him!

Unable to combine personal and business accounts like one can with almost every other single financial institutes… Also unable to see any transactions since the 16th on the business account! Considering moving both of the accounts elsewhere asap! The main reason I joined was I was lead to believe that gncu had excellent customer service and support and thought I’d have personalized help w investing. Seems I was incorrect.

Horrible

This app is horrible! It is not user friendly at all. It took me 15 tries to input my information. At one point, the app said invalid first name…. It’s a common first name. Then it wouldn’t send me an authorization code and i refreshed the page multiple times. I ended up having to delete the app then reinstall it two times before I could set up my account. It’s ridiculous I have to use this app on top of my normal banking app

It’s my my Monthly statement but the mobile app doesn’t have it and now and now I need to do too many steps to do it !!!! I need to go online and request desktop and then login then find it and if I need to send it to someone that I’m a try to apply for a loan to it such a hassle there’s no reason why I can’t be on the mobile app where I’m securely logged in . It’s just because of this I’m thinking about talking to County going with someone that makes it a lot easier for us it’s very annoying very satisfied with that is if there was a zero stars I was with that. I also want to mention that there was one time where I need to get a loan from Greater Nevada credit union and that was such a hassle yes I me a Loan Officer bologna super officer laugh and nobody said anything I’m over here waiting waiting for this Loan Officer I had a call and ask what was going on finally they told me that that person left so then I got a find somebody else and that somebody else also gave me such a hassle with trying to get it so I just went with somebody else anyways I will quit zero stars I try to get a Health but I I just couldn’t !!!!

This app is a fantastic way to keep on top of spending as well as to notify you if something is not quite right. I am an advocate for looking at multiple ways to prevent fraud on my card and this app is a great tool to help with that!

Handy

This is a handy app. But I can't find a way to see a list of recent transactions, there is only the notification then it goes away.
