Poor service

Difficult to pick exact location of their clients and blocks their clients without reasons leaving them stranded

GPS has improved but….

You can’t see what card you have used when there is an app update before you could!!! Please Fix

App update👎🏼

The app update is terrible. It keeps logging me out multiple times and the time it says of how far the driver is, is a lie. It said it was 2 minutes away but took 15 minutes to get to me. The also map does not load whatsoever. The old app was much better, appearance wise is nice but the old way was much better. There is a bug in the app which needs to get sorted

Over priced

A <15 minutes trip from Dudley to Wolverhampton was £75. If that’s not a rip-off I wonder what is.

Update looses saved locations

I’ve just been updated to a new “Version” which is in fact a completely new app. This is fine, EXCEPT, I’ve lost all my “Saved Locations” which I’ve built up over many years. It seems that the app has been REPLACED WITHOUT HAVING A COMPREHENSIVE MIGRATION PATH !!!! Hence, what I used to have has been totally lost! I find this really really annoying. I’ve been a customer for many many years! Maybe I should look for a new taxi company! 😖😖😖😖😖

Driver took too long as I was still charged!

The driver took ages to get to me on a quiet Saturday afternoon so I was late. When I cancelled him, I was still charged £2.50 with no option to appeal. Sticking with uber.
