I took your taxi from 1 Tinacre hill to Birmingham airport at 1 pm On arrival at Birmingham airport I paid your Driver £50 I check the amount two twenty note and one ten note Within a minute he told me I only gave him £30 I had to give him another £20 note When I check my money inside airport I had only 2 twenty pounds note I am sure the driver Rob me 20 pounds I hate to complain but these people who are dishonest is really bad for Buisness I do not want this to happen You must investigate this dishonesty Please let me know the outcome I have used your company for years and one bad apple should not spoil it for all Thanks R k seesurrun

Take the Bus Instead
Absolutely extortionate prices and taxis that take ages to arrive. Get literally any other form of travel instead - walk if you have to.
Price issues?
The app has definitely improved over the years and the drivers are mostly friendly and lovely to travel with. However, an issue that I’ve noticed is that the price stated on the app is never what actually comes out of your bank account. Today my fare was meant to be £5.70 but £6.90 came out of my bank account? Why does it keep doing that? This company owes me so much money 😩

Waste of time using this App!I pre booked a cab and it didn’t turn up as scheduled?? I chased it twice then just booked an Uber! Don’t bother with this company they are unreliable

Price increases ..
Ordered taxi with 3 drop offs..changed route as to accommodate driver and save him time and mileage as app didn’t load destinations In correct order..the price then increased by £3 for the more efficient route..how can this happen and makes bad customer service when questioned
Worst taxi service
Honestly they are so bad, they give you an expected time frame and blow past it nearly an hour and this is recurring and happens all the time. When we finally get our taxi we ask the driver and they are stoked to hear how long it has taken us to get one as he has been waiting for a job to come through… terrible service
