Takes forever to log in. There is no incentive to logging in, so I’m not sure I am. I forgot my password and it took 10 minutes to reset. It wouldn’t let me just order it as a guest because my email was registered too much work for a cup of coffee.

Both the beverages and the food are consistently delicious! Staff are always friendly, too. Great location with indoor and outdoor seating.

UI has too many tap steps to complete an order. Simplifying would be a big win. The coffee is amazing tho!

App is solid, could do a better job explaining when a store closes early, but outside of that very seamless

Love this place. Great beverages. Also the food items are great, especially for a little café. Food is always fresh, interesting, and they tend to add new things frequently to keep it interesting

Placed my order within 5 m. It was so fast and easy to use thanks to the simple interface. And well designed user experience. Kudos to the dev and design team!

It usually works great but out of stock items often don’t match what’s actually available in the store. Sometimes the app will say the cafe is closed when it’s actually open.

Hi - app works well & GO GET EM is very tasty. My fave order is an egg and cheese sandwich with avocado, but the “additions” function for that sandwich is not available. Instead I have to go to the bacon egg and cheese sandwich (for which the “additions” section does work) to add avocado, then I put “no bacon!” in the notes section. This works but is added expense and trouble. Thanks!

I can only speak for the larchmont location- as it’s the only store I use this app for. As lovely as the staff is, my order is never ready. It doesn’t matter how far in advance I order. They told me they like to make hot drinks fresh when some one arrives- but then what is the point of ordering ahead if you’re showing up and waiting in line? I still wanted to support them, so I ordered ice assuming this might mitigate the problem, and unfortunately it was the same situation. I’ll swing by this store in person when I have time, but won’t order ahead anymore- it can really throw a wrench in the morning commute.
