Cannot register
Use the registration button in app after downloading, provided the email address that the invitation was sent to. The NEXT button is unresponsive because the native keypad pushes the button up mid-screen. The NEXT button is responsive if I touch it before putting the cursor in the email field, but won’t work after I input data. The native keyboard “Done” also does not work.

Notifications
I’m no longer receiving notifications, I get an email for messages. But no app notification. I used to get notifications on announcements but not any longer.
Keeps asking me if I want to use Face ID every time I open the app, even though I clicked the yes.
When I try to change from my mom to my dad, the app closes. It seems to randomly close on me other times as well.
There was an update that added “Documents”, but I cannot find that on the app.
Mostly accessible with VoiceOver
The "walk-through" portion of the app is not accessible. Under "welcome to CareMerge family engagement," the screen reads swipe through to learn more about how to use the app." At the bottom of the screen is a page picker. There is nothing on any of the five pages for voiceover to read. In order to exit the screen, I had to close the app in the app switcher, then reopen it and login again. When I double–tap the resident apartment number, the elements at the top of the screen appear to be properly labeled. However, at the bottom of the screen are five tabs which are not individually labeled. Voiceover just says "tab, tab, tab, tab, tab. The user experience would be better if these tabs had appropriate labels.
Issue with picture in messages
I enjoy being able get get pictures of my loved one in messages from the staff, but most often, in the message, the picture cycles through the many previous pictures that were sent, not always the current one. Sometimes it stops on the current one, sometimes it stops on an old one. This happens each time the message is accessed. Needs fixing. IPhone 11, iOS 14x
Excellent—much improved
This app is crucial in monitoring my memory challenges 90 year old mom’s care. I live close by her and visit often, but this app helps me know what she is participating in and gives me an overview of her day. I’d be lost without it.
The transition to iOS 13 was bumpy and this app had many bugs. The version released today squashed them, so I can now rate the app highly.
Cannot log in
I just updated the app and now it won’t let me log on. It says I am not set up for facial recognition and to use login but when I tap on the login it repeats the error.

This app is such a great idea and SO HELPFUL for keeping up with family. Thank you for your attention to the people who love and use this app!
Constant crashes
Since the last update app stops kicks me out then have to sign back in again and in a minute or two kicks me out again. Please fix this....
Constant crashing since update (Aug 2019)
I’ve only had this app for about a week. At first it was great. I love being able to get messages and see what my loved one is up to via my phone. Then the app updated a day or so ago, and since then the app crashes every time I click a notification or an activity. So the app is now basically useless. I hope this is going to be fixed and quick!

I love having a direct line of communication with nurses and others, especially when I can’t be there in person!
