GO Miami-Dade Transit

I've been using this app over 6 months now to buy tickets for all the public transportation in Miami, including Tri-rail and so far is working fine for me. I know people is complaining about how to use it, but for me. it is very simple to use. Also It is very convenient for me so I don't have to deal with machines tickets at all.

Doesn’t have an easy way to use purchased passes

You should be able to add funds to easy card much easier. The easy card should be a mobile card that can be added the the iPhone wallet. You should not have to swipe the card in order to see the amount of funds on the card. Should be visible on the app as soon as it is added. Whoever created this app is an idiot.

Not user-friendly you cannot use Google pay, or Apple Pay only a physical card and your actual billing details and if you live outside of the United States, then you cannot use this app because they do not use a global payment system. This add needs a major update because as of now it is stuck in the year 2010 just like the most of Florida! Total garbage, not user-friendly and antiquated.

Like most serious services in Miami this app is all flash and no substance! Its idiotic. I’m deleting it from my phone. You should do the same or don’t download it.

It’s sending me to Google maps to find a current bus time but I want to see schedules for all morning tomorrow. What are they thinking?

Alongside with terrible UI, the app only works in order to take your money without you using the service. As soon as you buy the mobile ticket it get logged out and the login form doesn’t work anymore so you won’t have access to the QRcode needed to travel.

Wrong times, the app can’t be trusted, horrible service for such a city in 2024

App not user friendly. Does not work seamlessly, any easy task even something like adding a bus route is made difficult. Buss tracker not always updating properly, sometimes showing phantom buses on time then suddenly not. Not integrating properly with google maps, sometimes it shows that a bus is arriving when in reality there is no bus in sight.

This app is not user friendly. It temperamental, gets stuck, hard to navigate slow, not smart, etc. The app takes time to interact with the gates, the kiosk are also terrible. The whole system is outdated 20 yrs.
