When it works, it works well. However it keeps dumping my information from the system. So yeah I’ll just take my chances with not paying. Good job app devs!

I was disappointed that I couldn't use apple pay to pay, despite it being listed as an option for payment. I was also disappointed that they are charging almost $1 more for 20 minutes than the on street meters are. I get that there's a price for convenience, but this seemed excessive. The app otherwise works for what it's supposed to do.

I can’t login to app because the email link never works. I need to use an alternative app. Please fix your broken awful login system.

What’s going on w this app? signs me out every time a session ends, deletes payment methods, etc. added bonus being that this is THE app you have to use to pay for metered parking in Pittsburgh. used to be pretty good and convenient. it’s gone to trash

App signs me out too frequently. I thought using Google would be convenient, but since Google requires 2FA, I need 3 apps to sign in. App forgets active sessions, so I have paid twice to park the same car in same spot at the same time. App does not allow user to change license plate if wrong car is selected. App often does not adjust user location, making it difficult to find correct meter location. I have spent a lot more money on parking because of design flaws.

No matter what I do I can’t add a new card to the app. Parking is impossible if I can’t pay!!!

This app used to work great, but now something is broken and it says that none of the payment methods are accepted. Please fix it, and I’ll be happy to change my star review. Thank you!

I can't even register an account. Every time I enter my email and passphrase on the account registration screen, I get the error message "There was an error getting a response from the server." The email is a standard word.word@gmail, and the passphrase is 19 characters, well within the specified character-count requirement (8-25 characters). So it's not me. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone for help, so I am stuck. Thanks for nothing, app developers. Since you offer no support, the least you could do is provide a meaningful error message. This app is a cool idea in theory but in practice not so much. DO BETTER!!!
