Overpriced parking becomes utterly insultingl whenMobon add an admin charge for an app. Disgusting.

This app used to be excellent but it constantly has trouble loading. I end up paying with Ringo due to the poor experience.

I have been using this app for awhile and it works well and generally I’ve had no problems with it but the one thing I dislike is that is an app on my phone. I am paying with my card and they’re charging admin fee. She’s only 10p but still charging admin fee. To be honest in general, it’s not a bad app.

I was unsuccessful to use this app, it wouldn’t add payment details so had to get the train

Takes forever to load and then crashes a lot of the time

Works well when you get a good signal not so good if say you’re in an underground car park with no signal. Seems the app works by logging on to a server to get your data so it doesn’t start up without a signal and when you do get a signal it gets stuck if you tried without a signal. I had to restart my phone to get it to restart. Apart from that it is fine.

Never saves log in details

Over the last few weeks the app is extremely slow to load.

I do all the work and get charged 10p! If I use the machine…can’t add to the booking. Who’s having a laugh? Tsk!

I have found Mobon to be a very useful asset when parking in the Southend area. Quick and easy to use. Reminders when time is running out particularly useful
