So far, I can only get small portions of the app to open. Even the Sunrise/Sunset opens, it’s 200-300 miles off. The hunting seasons won’t open, and although it did once, it was only ducks. I couldn’t find pheasant or anything else. App support won’t open. Apparently they need to hire someone that knows how to build an app that works.

I wish there was just a sign in sheet instead because it takes you to an old website that forces you to confirm information every login, and checking in and out of locations works only half of the time. All other app features also just take you to the government website. Only good thing is the QR code for your tags and licenses can be printed out and kept in a dry bag. I don’t enjoy using the app and I would strongly urge the government to place physical sign in sheets on boards leading into these areas as an alternative at the very least.

I bought a fishing license from Walmart, but guess what? The app does not recognize it. I tried to buy a durable card, and put it into the app, so the QR code would work, but the app and the website don't track records apparently. I have the KDWP number as well, and they can't do anything.

This whole app is junk so so slow and then it freezes. Bring back the waterproof green licenses. Making it difficult for everyone

If I’m logged into the app and able to see my licenses, why don’t Apple users have the option to renew through the app? There’s a whole screen available to Android users that Apple users don’t get.

i was charged 40 dollars and haven’t even attempted to buy anything on the app. How do i contact someone for my money back?

Won’t let me download app on my iPhone!

I was unable to submit spring turkey harvest report out in the field. Restarted app and phone still didn’t work. Also selected to allow to track me and didn’t auto fill unit or county on form. Finally able to submit after home a couple hours later.

App will not accept my date of birth. The auto fill is backwards. It adds the day month then year and spell out the month. Form is requesting month, day then year. To be added numerically. The app will not allow this
