Very bad service I have to wait three weeks to colllect my bags and there is no contact no. Or customer service .

We booked for door to door collection and the driver once arrived he rejected the request commented that the customer is not available although he saw me and the bags were by the door, and this is not the only time

They claim to promote environmental sustainability by making recycling more accessible, but in reality, they often turn users into unpaid labor. You make profit by having us the users collect, sort, and deliver recyclables, offering little or no compensation under the guise of environmentalism. Make more beneficial vouchers for the users or we will just through the plastic in the garbage !

When I first joined RECAPP 3/4 years ago, they were fantastic and had amazing customer service, more pickup times and the collector was very friendly. My recent encounters haven’t been so great, I have limited pickup times that don’t always work with my schedule, customer service is terrible, the points you collect expire very quickly, and my most recent collector was very rude. Did management change?

I went to the collection machine in masdar bldg B04A2 to drop off 2 big bags. The machine on google maps was showing wrong direction. When i finally got there dragging 2 big bags, the machine was not working, not scanning any qr code of the bags. Please check your google maps directions and serviceability of the machine. Many bags with plastics were on the floor next to the machine. I had to schedule a pickup and return with the bags to the house. It would be more convenient for me to just drop off the bags whenever i can instead of waiting for a pickup which is not always reliable. I love the idea behind the app and the recycling efforts, if only they would run more smoothly.
