In Arimala hospital kanhnagad not following the op starts time and showing the falsie information that op starts, When we reach hospital the op is not started and we have to wait for long with baby. So the app use not applicable here and not help for the customer,
Booked appointment, but no doctor available at hospital, poor system and no follow up from customer care, does not fit to the geographical area , don’t trust and go to hospital
