Taking photo can’t zooming
When i wanna sell my sneaker, request to take photo of the sneaker tag, but I can’t take clearly and the in app camera no option to zooming, totally not auto focus. Stupid app

Easy to use and able to find the item I am looking for.
Worst customer service ever
Purchased an apparel and was sent a different item. No response from customer service after few weeks of waiting. Now still stucked with the wrong item. Very bad experience.
Terribke customer service
Great selection. However if anything goes wrong with the shipment they are terrible. I would avoid.

Worst customer service ever
I opened a case about a order that THEY cancelled, they pretended to care and gave me a ticket number. I had to follow up to get a response after 2 business days, only to be given a generic response that they cannot share details on why my order was cancelled. They would not tell me how to get my order to push through. After two more follow ups asking for their assistance, I just gave up. Too much unnecessary stress. Avoid GOAT at all costs. You’ve been warned!
