Do not let these people hire out your van or even rent a van. They are known for breaking terms and conditions. They do not respond when you have an issue until the very last minute. They expect you to be available 24/7 despite only open themselves 9-5 but sent to voicemail after 2pm. They are the WORST company I have ever came across. Good luck to anyone who ever has an issue with this company because they’re only out for themselves, I’ve spent countless hours doing the role they should be doing. Lazy and clueless staff!!

Totally thought this would be an app (like Airbnb) where you can keep everything together for both people hiring and letting out their vans - strangely this is just for van owners !! Pointless for hirers like me - I’ll just go back to the frustrating website then 👍🏻

Tried to log in but the app just shuts down. Tried three times with same result. Deleted.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling this app many times but still won’t install. Absolutely useless

Completely useless app. Says you have messages but none on there, can’t search or see favourites…. I see no point to this app!!

No ability to view favorites saved via website. No ability to even search for vehicles? App just focuses on listings for owners. Come on guys, if you’re a serious business - be serious about your app?!

Get notification, see a number against the App icon, think yay got a message, open App, login, go to messages, nothing there. No info correct other than profile data. Pointless, deleted it.

I created my account using the Sign In with Apple ID option but this option is not on the app. Someone give the Devs a nudge and let them release an update. Thanks Simon
